Augmented and virtual reality are currently very popular topics in computer graphics. After 50 years of research, they are entering the mainstream, and projections indicate that they will grow to a global industry worth more than $100 billion by 2020. But many important aspects of AR and VR still need to be worked on before they achieve widespread acceptance.
This panel combines presentations from invited academics and industry leaders to offer a tantalizing glimpse into the future of augmented and virtual reality.
